Very unhappy with the recent experience of using Conscious Design. Nicoletta charged me 150 eur for the "first consultation". She came to my place not prepared, sat silently, it was very difficult to pull out any word out of her mouth, listened to all my ideas and at the end took money. What she promised before she came was to give her input on our renovation.
What we got - NOTHING except the bill of 150 eur. During a call we tried to clarify her our position, but she did not listen and was constantly repeating: "well, if you need my input, I will give you my ideas now on the phone". Well thank you, we did not have time for it nor the will after such a bad unprofessional experience. Very pity, because I was really looking forward to working with her on our renovation.
