The Cupboard Door Company is also home to Charles Hedgecock complete kitchens featuring a wood grain finish carcass, with solid wood dovetailed drawer boxes and the Blum Movento soft close concealed runner system.Offering a unique practical and stylish solution, our door fronts have the appearance of a true five-piece door, cock bead or square, without all the problems associated with traditional timber doors.

Kitchens

Our skilled team produces hand-crafted painted kitchens and cupboard frontage in a variety of styles and finishes to order. We specialise in one-piece construction of raised and fielded panel doors and drawer fronts for kitchens. Using CNC technology and manufacturing techniques unique to The Cupboard Door Company, traditional five-piece doors and in-frame doors (complete with frame) are made from one solid piece of MDF.
In Frame Doors

We manufacture our in frame doors from one piece of moisture resistant MDF, CNC machined to any size, to a maximum height of 2400mm and a maximum width of 1200mm. You can choose from two different inframe styles, either cock bead or square, and any of our lay-on door designs can be manufactured to fit inside the frames.
Lay-on Doors

Lay-on one peice cupboard doors manufactured from solid MDF offer practical, stylish modern solutions for cabinets, dressers and storage units in the home. Popular designs include our Shaker 90 cupboard doors which are available in raw, primed or painted finishes. Raw finished products are manufactured and dispatched in 10 working days, primed in 12 working days and painted in 22 working days.
