Our extraction cleaning service carefully removes grease from canopies, filters, and ducting, addressing areas that are often overlooked yet highly susceptible to fire risks. We provide a certified post-clean report and maintain a photographic archive for compliance with health, fire, and insurance regulations. Routine cleaning safeguards your kitchen environment and improves system efficiency.

We have been using CHS to clean our commercial kitchen extraction for a number of years. The communication is always good with confirmation emails before, and a report and pictures after the clean. Their staff do a good job and over the years they have been very reliable and done a good job of keeping the extractor & ductwork clean.

Steve has been to us on many occasions now for our extraction to be clean and he is always very polite and helpful, he does an amazing job on the extraction and extraction hood as being a busy cafe in cosmeston country park is no easy job. He always leaves the kitchen tidy and puts everything back where it belongs.
