We are so happy with our kitchen and utility refit and would thoroughly recommend Boxwood Kitchens. Having worked in Interior Design in the past I had a very fixed idea of what I wanted and Tim, Richard and Andy didn't let me down. The whole project has been completion to a very high standard. We are delighted with our kitchen and utility refit carried out by Tim and his highly skilled team. The design and finish are superb and exceeded all our expectations. Tim ensured that he fully understood our needs and preferences when he first met with us to discuss our requirements. He then showed us some very creative designs which met the brief and certainly had the wow factor. He set our expectations well about the timescale and cost. Tim provided a lot of reassurance throughout with his effective and efficient project management. The team are very skilled and work to a high standard. They were respectful of our property and despite the inevitable disruption with that scale of project, they were very organised and worked tidily. We had visited many other kitchen companies but had been nervous of the large chains, underwhelmed by some showrooms, or not felt any connection to the individuals we met who might go on to handle our project. Tim at Boxwood was friendly and not pushy in any way and we were encouraged that we would be dealing with him exclusively throughout the project. He was knowledgeable about the products and clear with the design process and timetable. He was patient and gave sound advice throughout, despite much indecision on our part with colour choices and design tweeks. (He was probably right that we should have had a "Le Mans pull out unit in one of the corner cupboards!). Tim was true to his word that he provides a full service and single price and did not carve out unexpected extras, so we knew where we stood. The team were all brilliant (Martin on design, Richard on installation and Andy on electrics) who completed the kitchen to a very high standard. The project ran smoothly and on schedule over 3-4 weeks. Although we did have a small wrinkle with one of the units and the worktops, both were resolved quickly with Boxwood and Granite House (worktop supplier) were very friendly and helpful.

We absolutely love our new kitchen and, after many years of waiting to complete this renovation, we are very glad we decided to entrust it to Tim and his team. They delivered a complete, top quality service, in a very friendly and professional manner.

Boxwood Kitchens fitted our new kitchen and utility room which we have been using for a year; we would recommend them without hesitation.
