Manchester Kitchens

Importantly, we only deal with high quality kitchen cabinets, doors and worktops. Our own cabinet manufacturers build all the cabinets to our specifications and because of this we offer a truly bespoke kitchen design service. As you would expect our kitchen cabinets are well built to high standards. For instance, the cabinets are cam, dowelled and glued in the factory and as a result they are solid by the time they are delivered to your home.

Surprisingly, they come in over 100 different colours which means that whichever door style and colour you choose we can make cabinets to suit. The cabinets have a 2mm PVC edging on the front making them much more durable on the front edges.

NMB Kitchens cover all other trades necessary to take your project from conception to completion, so if you are planning major structural alterations or even an extension to put your new kitchen in we can do it for you. As you would expect NMB have the latest in CAD kitchen design software. We will take your ideas and dreams and turn them into reality which you can view before making any decisions. All plan & design consults are free including the 3D images and labelled plans. We supply and fit our own kitchens.

Freeindex is an independent Trade Review website which we have been using for around 8 years. We initially signed up because the website checked and confirms all reviews are from genuine clients. When we signed up to FreeIndex we were listed as North Manchester Builders which is how the company started but soon after we started to specialise in kitchens.

All Gas engineers that contract for NMB are gas safe registered. This is imperative when undertaking any work that involves gas pipework within your home. Always make sure your gas fitter is gas safe registered. They will have their registration card with them and will be more than happy to produce it upon request.

So as we all know, kitchen drawers have lots of things we need to store in them (other than bills) we all have "that" drawer. Yes, the one with countless envelopes, string, Selloptape and an old pair of scissors. Apart from these essential items we also need to be thinking about Pots and Pans, Plates, Cutlery, Serving Dishes and cooking utensils.

We're absolutely delighted with the finished results from Nev at NMB and his team. NMB are a breath of fresh air after dealing with many tradesmen over the years. From the first email enquiry which was responded to quickly, the subsequent quote which was delivered as promised and then the actual work which was top class. The team always left the house clean and tidy and were pleasant and helpful always. We're so happy we made the right decision, we can't recommend Nev enough to anyone and we will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks again.

We found NMB online and were impressed with the excellent reviews. We had a few people come around to give us a quote for our new kitchen but only Nev came and spent a couple of hours taking details and measurements, drawing up plans and gave us a very detailed quote within a few days. Before work started Nev came back twice to check all was correct and we were happy with everything. Ben was excellent in doing the work itself, friendly, helpful and kept us up to date with how things were going and checking on any queries. The work was done exactly on schedule and we're very happy with the quality of the work and love our new kitchen! Would definitely recommend as a reliable, high quality and helpful company.

We recently used NMB for our kitchen renovation. The job involved turning 3 smaller rooms in to one large space which required installing steel joists. Whilst not everything went to plan (as with most projects of this size!), we always felt supported by Nev, with all obstacles being overcome quickly and effectively. The quality of work was exceptional and we have since chosen to use NMB for our bathroom refurb, as well as the remainder of our houseworks. NMB is not the cheapest out there, however for the service and quality I believe Nev is the right option for those wanting "belt and braces". Thanks again to the team for their perserverence and hard work. Looking forward to the bathroom beginning now!

I can't recommend NMB highly enough, went very smoothly from design to installation. Highly professional job from Nev, Eddie and Liam. Kitchen was fitted during half term with the kids in the house and Eddie worked it so that there was minimal disruption, and the final kitchen is fantastic, with the fit and finish 100%. Also very trustworthy people. I will definitely contact NMB for any building work I need in the future.

We have had issues in the past with other building companies so we were obviously concerned with what we could expect in relation to the quality of work, value for money and reliability of North Manchester builders. We needn't have worried Nev and the Team were 1st class throughout. We are very pleased with our new decking. Ben worked very hard throughout the very trying heat wave conditions; he was extremely polite, friendly and fully understood exactly what we were looking for and delivered it and more. Chris was as equally professional with Roofing works that were carried out.

Nothing was too much trouble and any outstanding issues were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We will definitely be using north Manchester builders again and will recommend them to anybody wanting a quality job done.

North Manchester Builders were tasked with building a kitchen extension to our property and installing a new bathroom. This meant knocking through into our garage and raising the roof of the garage and constructing new external walls. The kitchen was chosen and installed through NMB and the entire project from start to finish took around 10 weeks which was bang on NMB's target. They were fantastic, Ben was on site every day and Nev coordinated everything else.

The project ran really smoothly and we are impressed with the high quality of the finish. Nev was on hand after the build had finished as well to answer any questions and sort out any small teething problems. Overall we're really happy with NMB, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and we plan on using them again in the future for further building work on the house. A year ago we took on a badly neglected Edwardian house that needed much attention. NMB have helped us with nearly every aspect of our renovation project, demonstrating a high quality of workmanship and excellent customer care. They have almost become partners in our project. I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

North Manchester Builders designed the perfect kitchen for my awkward house and Eddy did a brilliant job of fitting it. When we had a burglary they came to our rescue again and were extremely quick to come and help with quotes for a new window and doors. We have recently had a damp patch on the ceiling and agin received professional, quick and great value service. Good tradesmen are worth their weight in gold, I can't recommend NMB highly enough.

Eddie and Dale did a great job on a new bathroom - kept us up to date with progress, got the job finished on time and to a great finish. Would certainly recommend.

Had NMB do some work on our roof. Great service and fair price from a local firm. Workmen were friendly and helpful. Would recommend!
