| Easy to use and clean Present layout is perfect with an L-shaped kitchen in a modern house (1990), cabinets, worktop and kitchen appliances have to be replaced (over 20 years old). Kitchen has an approximate size of 2.40 m x 2.90 m. I value ease of use and easy to clean appliances (pyrolitic oven and touch controls hob) with frost free 50/50 fridge freezer, NO dishwasher, but a 1 and 3/4 bowls (such as Franck Erica) stainless steel sink (definitely NOT a 1 1/2 bowls, please !) standing on a 80 or 90 cm sink cabinet. A hood with an outside vent (no recycle air) and a small microwave oven in a wall cabinet. The washing machine is stand alone and is not to be replaced. No tiling is required. The firm will have to provide: cabinets, appliances and fitting. I value "easy replacement" for future plumbers or electricians as I do not plan to refit my kitchen every 5 or even 10 years.
